Titan Construction Seeking Pricing for Work on New Hotel in Campbell River
Titan Construction is the general contractor for the new hotel in Campbell River. They’re currently seeking pricing for exterior and interior painting; flooring; millwork; masonry; exterior cladding; drywall and finishing; roofing (asphalt shingles); doors and hardware; glazing; landscaping; paving and concrete curbing; aluminum railings; glass; and miscellaneous items such as fireplaces, washroom accessories, partitions, and lockers. BC Ferries Proceeding With Cable Ferry for Buckley Bay to Denman Island Service
After four years of feasibility studies, BC Ferries has determined that a cable ferry meets its strict criteria for delivering safe and reliable ferry service between Buckley Bay and Denman Island. The necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained, and a tender for concrete pontoon construction has been issued. Please refer to our tender section for more information.
New Townhouse Development Coming to Comox
A new proposal has been submitted for rezoning and development-permit approvals to facilitate a residential development consisting of 31 townhouse units at 335 Anderton Road in Comox. An introductory report has been submitted to Comox council, and more news is expected to be available in January or February.
