VICA Holds Training for Microsoft Project for Construction
This training session is for people who already use MS Project Management software to manage any size construction project and who want to have a better understanding of the software and its capabilities. Participants will discover all of the features and capacity of this tool and will be able to practice with an expert onsite!
He will show how to build better GANTT charts, improve budget control and increase productivity. This course will provide the skills to effectively track and analyze projects with a better understanding of the impact of changes.
Participants will create Gantt charts and identify Baselines & Critical Paths and learn how to handle rain days, budgets and changes due to time delays in MS Project critical path activities.
