Around Town: Congratulations to Crown Isle on their 25th anniversary!
Twenty five years ago in July of 1993, the 18 hole championship golf course at Crown Isle Resort and Golf Course opened. The 48,000 sq. ft. clubhouse followed in 1998, and Crown Isle quickly became a centre-piece in the Comox Valley. Over 1,100 homes have been built in the Crown Isle Community since then. There is capacity to build an additional 1,600 homes in the future.
During the next few months, The Rise and Cambridge Park Estates subdivisions will be coming onto the market and providing an additional 136 lots.
