Around Town: Energy Step Code Workshop
After the well-received February workshop on the Energy Step Code, the next date for the City of Campbell River’s workshop in the series has been set. “Building Better with the Energy Step Code” will run from 7:30 am to 4 pm on Wednesday, April 25.
The City of Campbell River has scheduled its next Energy Step Code workshop for Wednesday April 25, 2018.
The morning will include informative sessions about building to the Energy Step Code including information on energy efficient mechanical systems and sizing and requirements of energy modeling, what it is like to work with an energy advisor, and incentives available. In the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to partake in a blower door demonstration.
The workshop will be offered free of charge with refreshments and lunch provided. For those acquiring Continuing Professional Development credits, this workshop is eligible for 6.5 Group A credits from BC Housing and are eligible for credits through the Building Officials Association of BC. Early registration is recommended.
