Southwind Development Corporation has applied for preliminary layout approval to build a 20 lot subdivision on the remaining 5.24 acre site in its Rivers Edge development in Courtenay.
Southwind Development Corporation will be proceeding with Phase IV of this pre-planned residential development as they have made an application for preliminary layout approval to build a 20 lot subdivision on this 5.24 acre site. Single family homes will be built on these oversize lots, starting in the Spring of 2017. New trails will be built within the subdivision to connect with existing trails and the Ruth Masters park, along the river. Some site preparation has been completed and lot servicing will commence in early 2017.
