Vancouver Island Real Estate Board September Market Update

Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) recorded 637 unit sales board-wide (all property types) in September. 320 single-family homes sold, up 22 per cent from September 2023. Sales of condos came in at 69 units, decreasing by 19 per cent. In the row/townhouse category, 93 units sold, up 31 per cent from 2023.
