Campbell River Development Servicing Bylaw Update in Around Town
The City and Urban Systems are updating Campbell River’s Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw with a heightened reliance on the Master Municipal Construction Documents. The MMCD provide standard design guidelines, construction specifications and standards for general municipal infrastructure. City of Campbell River specific supplements to the MMCD will be included in the new bylaw.
Staff are seeking feedback on the proposed supplementary design guidelines, supplemental standard detail drawings and construction specifications. To understand the full context of the supplementals, review in conjunction with the MMCD documents. The bylaw front end is expected to be available in mid-January.
The deadline for comments is January 22 by email to Eric at esears@urbansystems.ca. To discuss in person, City staff will be in council chambers on January 18 from 2 to 4 pm.
