Lorne Hotel Owner Hopes to Submit Development Permit and Rezoning Application Soon
The redesign of the Lorne Hotel is in its early stages, but the owner hopes to submit a development permit and rezoning application some time in the near future, which will bring a new look to the hotel. A pub/eating establishment will be part of this new building, and condominiums are proposed to be added to the floors above. The new building will be four or five storeys and will accommodate studios and condominium options with one, two, or three bedrooms. Applications are expected to be submitted to the Town of Comox in the near future.
