The City of Powell River has received an application to amend the Sustainable Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw for property near Manson and Westview Avenue. The project being proposed is a 112 unit rental apartment building.
The City of Campbell River has received a development permit for 44Â duplex units
The City of Campbell River has received a development permit for 44 duplex units at 200 Nikola Road and the design of the engineering is expected to be submitted in the next few weeks. The project borders Willis Road and Highway 19.
A tender for construction is expected next month for the expansion of the Comox Valley Regional District biosolids compost facility
Detailed design for the expansion of the Comox Valley Regional District biosolids compost facility is almost complete. A tender for construction is expected in May.
