Intent to tender expected first week of May for a new Comox Valley Regional Office building
A notice of intent to tender is expected to be issued by the first week of May with regards to the construction of the new Comox Valley Regional Office building. The tender is expected to be issued between mid-May to early June once the board approves the recommendation.
Proposed mixed commercial-residential project with 84 residential units in Comox received third reading to a zoning amendment bylaw
Comox town council has given third reading to a zoning amendment bylaw for a multi-residential project on Anderton Road. The proposed development is a four-storey, mixed commercial-residential project with 84 residential units.
Construction for 34 unit, two building multi-family rental housing project in Courtenay moving forward
Courtenay has issued a $3.7 million building permit for a multi-family rental housing project at the southeast corner of 31st Street and Cliffe Avenue. The project consists of two buildings with a total of 34 units. The apartments are two level with the main living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms above.
