Open house for Campbell River OCP/Zoning review April 28
The City of Campbell River continues to hold community consultation sessions for the OCP/Zoning review process. Additional open houses will be held Thursday, April 28 from 6–9pm at the Maritime Heritage Centre; Saturday, April 30 from 10am – noon at the Campbell River Community Centre, and Saturday, April 30 from 6 – 8pm at the Campbell River Community Centre. These open houses are to develop and refine options for Quinsam Heights.
Building permit application submitted for Parkside project in Courtenay
A building permit application has been submitted for Phase I of the Parkside multi-family project in Courtenay which includes a triplex and a fourplex for a total of seven units in the first phase. Construction is expected to begin once all approvals are in place. When completed, this project will contain 33 townhouses.
Mariner Landing issued three building permits for six patio homes
Three building permits were issued during the past week to build six patio homes at Mariner Landing. This is a 20 unit patio home development on two-acres inside the gated community Newport Estates in Campbell River; prices are expected to start at $329,900.
