Office for 850 acre Union Bay Estates to open in September in Union Bay.
Kensington Union Bay Properties plan to open a site office in September to share news about their 850-acre development. Subdivision applications were submitted in March for the construction of 30 homes and two commercial buildings.
New restaurant and lounge proposed for the Town of Comox.
A new restaurant and lounge is being planned for the renovated Comox Centre Mall. New Tradition Brewing Company has proposed the new 110-person restaurant to be open daily from 9 am to midnight.
Five new tenders from Port Alberni to Campbell River.
This week’s issue includes five new tenders from Port Alberni to Campbell River, including underground utility connections, flooring supply and installation, street upgrades, site preparation, and pathway constructions.
