Canadian Tire Proposing Development of Vacant Target Store in Courtenay
Canadian Tire is proposing to renovate and expand the vacant Target store in Courtenay. The proposed plan is to build a new 10- bay Auto Service centre at the back of the store and a new outdoor covered garden centre at the front of the store. The store’s footprint would expand substantially from the existing Target building.
Village of Cumberland Proceeding with $2.7M Upgrade to Dunsmuir Corridor
The Village of Cumberland is moving forward with the $2.7 million upgrade to the Dunsmuir corridor thanks to matching contributions of $922,521 each from the provincial and federal governments announced last week. The Village of Cumberland would contribute the balance of the cost.
City of Campbell River Seeks Proponents Interested in Developing Vacant Land
The City of Campbell River is seeking expressions of interest from proponents interested in making an investment in Campbell River by developing on a vacant piece of City Owned property.
