Noort Development Issued Building Permit for New Mini Storage
A building permit with a value of $450,000 has been issued to build a 10,000 sq. ft. building at 1671 Ryan Road. Noort Development Ltd. also plan to build a mini storage facility that will be 20,000 sq. ft. in size. These new mini storage units will be built adjacent to the Valley Storage facility. The applicant will be self-contracting on this project.
Bowser Waterworks District Issues Tender for Watermain Upgrades
The Bowser Waterworks District has issued a tender for the construction of approximately 190 m of 150mm diameter watermain and 215 m of 200mm diameter watermain. The work includes all related services and surface restoration. For more information see our tender section; this tender closes March 5.
Public Works Canada seeks bids for highway resurfacing in Pacific Rim National Park
Public Works & Government Services Canada has issued a tender for highway resurfacing and other work on Highway #4 in Pacific Rim National Park. For insurance purposes, this project is estimated to cost between $8 and $9 million. This tender closes February 25; see our tender section for more information.
