The City of Powell River has received rezoning applications for two proposed development projects, which are expected to go before council in the spring.

Rezoning application for 72-lot development in Powell River

The City of Powell River has received a rezoning application for a proposed multi-phase 72-lot single family development along Joyce Avenue east of the Powell River hospital. The application is expected to go before the city in late March or early April.

Two new tenders from the City of Campbell River

The City of Campbell River have issued two tenders  for Airport Fuel Facility Site Preparation and Airport Above Ground Fuel Storage System.

Development permit application in Powell River for a proposed 75-unit seniors home

The City of Powell River has received a rezoning application and a development permit application from Inclusion Powell River and Golden Life Management for a proposed 75-unit seniors housing next to Powell River General Hospital. The application is expected to go before the Committee of the Whole in March.
