Coal Valley Estates in Cumberland is moving forward with new phases
Coal Valley Estates in Cumberland is moving forward with Phases 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. All lots are zoned to include secondary suites. Approximately 180 lots are expected to be built in Phases 7 to 12.
A new ocean view 90-unit apartment building is under development in Campbell River
A new ocean view 90 unit apartment building along the South Island Highway is under development in Campbell River. The applicant recently provided the city with updated building plans that addressed a lower than originally identified ‘top of ridge’. The original project was a five-storey, 97 unit building with an application for a variance to reduce the required parking stalls. The new building plans are for a four-storey building.
