Proposed new 360-acre neighbourhood in Ucluelet
A new 360-acre neighbourhood is being proposed for Ucluelet. The land that was once to become a golf course resort is now slated for single-family, multi-family, and commercial and tourist accommodations.
Port Hardy $14-million swimming pool tender expected in October
The new Port Hardy $14 million swimming pool is expected to go to tender in October. Unitech, the Construction Management company working with the district, is planning to hold a local job fair late summer.
The Ridge in Courtenay moving into Phase 3
The Ridge in Courtenay is moving into Phase Three with 115 single-family lots. Registration of the first 48 lots in this Phase is expected this fall. Road work and site services are underway.
