City of Campbell River receives application for apartment and townhouse development on Dogwood
The City of Campbell River has received a development permit application for an apartment and townhouse development at 525 Dogwood Street South. A 70-unit residential building on the property has recently been completed and is fully rented.
Multi-acre lots at new Miracle Beach Estates expected to be listed in August
Site Services for Miracle Beach Estates is underway. The first seven lots of this 50-acre project range in size from 5 to 7.5 acres with sales expected in August.
Port Hardy approves rezoning application for multi-residential development
The District of Port Hardy has approved a rezoning application for a 5.7 acre water view parcel to allow for a 70 to 80 unit multi- residential development. Design of the project will start once the sale of the property is complete.
