Vancouver Island Construction Association has a new CEO, Rory Kulmala and he is coming to Courtenay on Tuesday, July 11 for a meet and greet at The Prime Chophouse and Wine Bar at 1089 Braidwood Road in Courtenay. New multi-family development going ahead in Cumberland
Monterra West Homes Ltd. has purchased a six acre piece of property inside of the Coal Valley Estates development in Cumberland and are planning to build 80 to 84 units ranging from 1,350 to 1,650 sq. ft. The units will be built as duplexes, tri-plexes and four-plexes. The civil drawings are underway and a development permit application is expected to be made in the next 6 weeks.
New subdivision proposed for Campbell River to create 75 lots
Campbell River council gave first and second reading to a proposed zoning amendment for 570 Old Petersen Road to permit the development of approximately 75 single-family lots.
