Campbell River’s Eagle Ridge is expected to start Phase One this summer with fourteen duplexes in seven buildings. When complete the proposed project is projected to include 109 units including single family, duplexes, patio homes and townhomes.
City of Powell River gives third reading to zoning bylaw applications for two new projects in city
The City of Powell River has given third reading to zoning bylaw applications for two new projects in the city. The proposed projects include a four-storey apartment building and a 12 unit multi- family development.
Former Alberni District Secondary School property in Port Alberni one step closer to new single and multi-family subdivision
Port Alberni City Council has given final approval to the Official Community Plan Amendment to assist in the development of the former Alberni District Secondary School property. Phase 1 of the proposed project is a single family residential subdivision with 19 lots and an apartment building.
