Comox Valley Regional District Civic Centre tender extended
The tender for the new Comox Valley Regional District Civic Centre, budgeted at $11.7 million, has been extended. See the tender section for more information.
Newport Village has submitted development permit application for second five-storey building
Newport Village in Courtenay has submitted a development permit application for the second of three buildings. When complete, the project will have multiple commercial units and a total of 120 residential suites.
The Town of Comox has received application to subdivide property near Comox Valley Airport
The Town of Comox has received an application to subdivide a 24- acre property near the Comox Valley Airport into 2 parcels. The project is dependent on the North East Comox Stormwater Management Plan moving forward. When the application is approved it could be the future home to a variety of businesses.
