Broadstreet Properties Ltd. proposing 89-unit, multi-storey building in Comox
A rezoning and development permit application for a proposed multi-residential property on Anderton Road in Comox is expected to go before Comox council on July 5. Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is proposing to build an 89-unit, multi-storey building on two parcels of vacant property. The project as proposed will include an enclosed pet run, community garden beds, 103 parking stalls and a small park area.
Highstreet Ventures Inc​. will have 71 units of one and two bedroom condos in Courtenay ready for occupancy in August
Construction on the 71-unit residential condominium development Riverstone on Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay by developer Highstreet Ventures Inc. is in the finishing stages. Siding and interior finishing is underway and nearly complete. Residents will be moving in as of August. These condominium units went on sale June 16, with one-bedrooms priced startingat $160,000 an two bedrooms at $220,000.
Bentra Ventures Inc. in Campbell River is starting construction on 16 multi-family units
Bentra Ventures Inc. has been issued four building permits this week, with a value of $500,000 each for a total of $2 million. This 16-unit residential complex is located at 635 8th Avenue in Campbell River. This development consists of four, identically designed four-unit multi-family buildings that are designed to integrate into the existing neighbourhood.
