The Comox Valley Regional District had issued a tender seeking tender pricing for the construction of the Comox Valley waste management centre (CVWMC) new engineered landfill.
CVRD issues tender for construction pricing of new engineered landfill
The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is seeking tenders from qualified general contractors to provide tender pricing for the construction of the Comox Valley waste management centre (CVWMC) new engineered landfill. A mandatory pre-tender site visit will be held at the above-noted site at 10 am Pacific time on Wednesday, May 11. This tender closes May 24th.
Building permit approved for multi-family building in Campbell River
A building permit has been approved this past week for the four story, 46 unit multi-family building to be located in the Tyee Plaza in Campbell River. This development will consist of rental apartments. Construction is expected to begin in early June.
Defence Construction Canada receives seven bids for Hangar 7 interior upgrades
Defence Construction Canada received seven bids for Hangar 7 Interior Upgrades, ranging in value from $2,492,000 to $3,095,000. The bidders are Quinan Construction Ltd., CMF Construction Ltd., Kinetic Construction Ltd., Jacob Bros Construction Ltd., AFC Construction, Knappett Projects Inc., and Deramore Construction Services Inc
