Lorne Hotel Application May Be Considered For 3rd Reading in May
The Town of Comox has received rezoning and development permit applications for the construction of a five-storey mixed-use building that will include the Lorne Pub, bistro and liquor store along with 21 residential units. This application will return to Comox council for consideration of 3rd reading on May 20, 2015.
City of Campbell River Requesting Proposals for Turn-Key Airport Fuel Storage Depot
The City of Campbell River is requesting proposals from qualified companies for the design, supply and installation of a turn-key Airport Fuel Storage Depot which would include two fuel tanks, a storage building, fuel pumps, with a dispensing and payment system. This tender closes May 28.
Design for Quathiaski Sewer System Extension 95% Complete
Design drawings are 95% complete and draft tender documents are ready for review by the Strathcona Regional District for the Quathiaski Sewer System Extension on Quadra Island. The project will be tendered when the design and tender documents are 100% complete, which is expected to be in May, 2015.
