Comox Valley Regional District releases tender for Civic Centre in Courtenay
The tender for the $11.7 million Comox Valley Regional District Civic Centre in Courtenay has been released. The Centre is a two- storey, approximately 21,850 square feet, slab on grade structural steel building consisting of office spaces, an emergency operations centre, boardroom, archives and server room.
BC Transit maintenance and operations project in Campbell River moving forward
BC Transit expects to release seven tender packages for the new BC Transit maintenance and operations building in Campbell River, with the first one for site prep and servicing likely next week. The project will include a transit yard, a 3-bay maintenance facility, and an administration building.
Lake Trail Middle School in Courtenay receiving funding for $27.2 million seismic upgrade
The Lake Trail Middle School in Courtenay has received $27.2 million in funding for a seismic upgrade. School District #71 invites qualifications submissions from construction management firms interested in providing construction management services for the construction.
