Construction has started on Seymour Pacific’s 70-unit, multi-family development in Campbell River
Construction has started on Phase I of Seymour Pacific’s 70-unit, multi-family development at 525 Dogwood Street South in Campbell River. A building permit was issued in October with a value of $4.2 million. The applicant is constructing a four storey building on the east side of Dogwood Street South directly south of the Merecroft Village commercial centre.
Port Alberni city council gave first and second reading for a multi-family phased development at site of former high school
Port Alberni city council gave first and second reading to an OCP and Zoning Amendment application for the former high school property at 4000 Burde Street. District Acquisition Corporation has proposed a phased development that will include 19 single family lots and a 4-storey 62-unit apartment building.
Design and feasibility studies are underway for a 36-unit residential building in Courtenay
Design and feasibility studies are underway for a residential building in Courtenay that will contain approximately 36 apartment style units. The applicant is hoping to present this application to the City of Courtenay in December. The building will be located between the Casa Loma Senior Center and the North Island Highway.
