New townhouse project in Courtenay ready to begin construction
Registration is now complete for the 33 unit townhouse project known as Parkside Lifestyle Homes in Courtenay accessible at the west end of 13th Street, adjacent to Tarling Park. Phase 1 will include seven units and Phase 2 will include 8 units. The units are 1,220 sq. ft. in size.
New phases planned for Coal Valley Estates in 2018
All of the lots in Phase 6 of this project (27 lots) have been built and sold. Future development proposes Phase 7, which includes 34 lots and Phase 8 which will include 27 lots. All lots in Coal Valley Estates are zoned to include secondary suites. Coal Valley Estates has been zoned to accommodate 400 multi units. The owner is able to subdivide the property to to allow for various sizes of multi family developments.
New 7 unit rental accommodation project moving ahead in Campbell River
Crown Pacific Development is waiting on the issuance of a minor development permit to further its seven unit townhouse project towards receiving approval. The project, known as Brownstone Townhomes is expected to be under construction late this fall. These units will be built as rental accommodation.
