BC Transit issues tender for Building Completion of Campbell River Transit Centre
BC Transit has issued a tender for Building Completion of the Campbell River Transit Centre. The work includes the construction and completion of the new Maintenance Building and Fuel/Bus Wash Buildings on Evergreen Road. See the tender section for more information.
Powell River’s newest rental development with 112 units one step closer to development
The City of Powell River has given second reading to a Sustainable Official Community Plan Bylaw and a Zoning Bylaw amendment to permit construction of 112 rental units within two apartment buildings. Construction of these buildings represents Phase 2 of the project. The buildings must be equipped with solar ready and electric vehicle ready features as part of the initial construction.
