Kinetic awarded construction management services for Hangar #7 remediation at CFB Comox
Kinetic Construction Ltd. has been awarded the Construction Management Services for Hangar #7 Remediation and Systems Replacement at CFB Comox. Pre-construction services are expected to be underway soon with the first phase of tenders expected to be issued in the Spring of 2019.
Proposed 25 unit condominium project in Powell River
A development application totalling 25 condominium units on Fernwood Avenue has been submitted in Powell River, reviving a 2010 project. With improvements to the housing market, the new application is essentially the same building designs and layout as previously submitted.
Strathcona Regional District applies for funding for Northern Area D Water Service project
The Strathcona Regional District has applied for funding for installation of water meters for the Northern Area D Water Service. The overall cost of the project is estimated to be just over $2.4 million.
