Free Green Building Open House Hosted by Nutmeg Homes in the Comox Valley

Paul Witt, owner of Nutmeg homes, is currently building his own super energy efficient home and has offered his home to be used as a venue for this open house will take place:

Cristi Sacht, owner and certified energy advisor at Elemental Energy Advisors, will also be on hand to give tours of the green building techniques used in Paul’s home and to answer questions. Cristi will be also discuss how a certified energy advisor would assess your home and will demonstrate how an air leakage test works. Other topics that will be covered are energy incentives/rebates, EnerGuide ratings, and how green building initiatives can decrease your utilities bill significantly.
