Second Annual Builders’ Education Summit 2024 in Around Town
Presented by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC (CHBA BC) and the Building Officials’ Association of BC (BOABC), this year’s Builders’ Education Summit will be held at the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel on October 23rd and 24th.
Spotlight topics include Wildfire Resilient Housing, CSA F280 HVAC Requirements for Part 9 Buildings, BC Building Code 2024 Provisions for Adaptable Dwelling Units, Small Scale Multi-Unit Housing, and Mechanical Permit and HVAC Inspection Processes.
Builders, architects, engineers, and construction managers will receive cutting-edge knowledge, innovative practices, and essential skills to excel in their fields. All sessions have been submitted to BC Housing and AIBC for approval and participants can earn up to 12 continuing professional development points.
