A development application has been submitted for Phase IV of Southwind Development Corporation’s preplanned community RiversEdge. The developer intends to build twenty new ranchers for sale in Courtenay on Vancouver Island.
Southwind Homes has been involved in residential construction for over 30 years. Construction on Phase IV of RiversEdge is expected to start in 2016.
These bungalows for sale will be situated on bare strata land, and offer the same outstanding living experience Southwind Development’s is known for.
