According to the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board’s (VIREB) November statistics, a total of 422 single-family detached properties (excluding acreage and waterfront) sold on the MLS® System compared to 318 the previous year.

The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board has released it’s November sales report, and strong demand on Vancouver Island is being hampered by low inventory.

  • Campbell River: $549,824, +41% last Nov 
  • Port Alberni/West: $411,367, +30% last Nov 
  • Parksville/Qualicum: $766,209, +16% last Nov 
  • Powell River: $443,670, +385% last Nov*

Active VIREB listings of single-family detached properties were 541 in November compared to 733 in October.
