Powell River: Contract for Consolidated Wastewater Treatment Plant awarded

Powell River has confirmed Graham Infrastructure LP as the winning bid to construct the Consolidated Wastewater Treatment Plant at an estimated cost of $61 million. Construction is scheduled to begin this month and be complete in 2023.

Comox Valley to Campbell River: First Quarter Building Permits Statistics and average residential permit value increase.

This week’s issue includes the first quarter building permit statistics for the Comox Valley to Campbell River. The average residential permit value has increased by 14% or $25 per square foot. Total residential permit values have increased by 92% from $41 million to $79 million.
