Courtenay: A 34 unit six-storey residential-commercial development proposed for downtown.
The City of Courtenay has received a development permit application for a 34 unit six-storey residential-commercial development on the corner of Cliffe Avenue and 6th Street. This is the third multi storey building application for the Downtown Courtenay area.
Campbell River: DP approved for a 49-unit, 4-storey apartment building.
Campbell River approved a Major Development Permit application for a 49-unit, four storey apartment building for a 12 acre site on Petersen Road. There is a potential of two more phases after Phase 1 is complete.
Black Creek: 168 site RV Campground proposed near Saratoga Speedway.
The Comox Valley Regional District has received an application to rezone 21 hectares of property around Saratoga Speedway. The applicant intends to build a 168 site RV Campground and other amenities around the Speedway.
