Comox: Kinetic has been chosen to build the new Marine Services Building.
The Town of Comox has provided a letter of intent to Kinetic Construction for Construction Management services for the Marine Services Building. If the project proceeds, construction is expected to start in September.
Courtenay: Sub Contractors required for new 24-unit residential and 7-unit commercial building.
The construction manager for a new 24-unit residential and seven-unit commercial building in Courtenay is seeking tenders from all sub contractors. Construction is expected to begin in July.
Port Alberni: Official Community Plan amendment approved for a new Aboriginal Mothers Centre.
Port Alberni has approved the Official Community Plan and zoning bylaw amendments for a BC Housing funded Aboriginal Mothers Centre. Rezoning will be the next step for this two storey, 16 unit project.
