Campbell River City council has given first and second reading to a Road Closure Bylaw that would see a land exchange between the city and the property owner of a proposed hotel at 220 South Island Highway.

A new 84 unit, four-storey mixed-use residential and commercial building in Comox is accepting rental applications with move-in this summer. The suites are one to three bedroom and between 619 to 1031 sq.ft.
