NIC seeks Expressions of Interest for proposed student housing complex
The North Island College is proposing to build a new 168 unit student housing complex at the Comox Valley campus. The construction budget for the project is approximately $28 million and the college is requesting Expressions of Interest for the provision of Architectural Services. The completed housing units are expected to be open in the fall of 2022. See the tender section for more information.
CVRD Equalization Basin project to be tendered in the spring
The Equalization Basin project at the Comox Valley Water Pollution Control Centre is undergoing redesign work and is expected to be tendered in the spring of this year. The $7.16 million project is part of a series of upgrades to improve odour control at the centre.
Campbell River seeking Marine Engineering Consulting firm to assess Seagull Walkway
