Courtenay: A development permit has been approved for a 33 unit four-storey residential and commercial building.
Courtenay council approved a development permit for a 33 unit four-storey residential and commercial building on Cumberland Road near the Fire Hall. The building will include 8,000 sq.ft. of commercial and a combination of studio, one and two bedroom units.
Campbell River: A building permit for a 70-unit ocean view apartment building is being reviewed by city staff.
Campbell River staff are reviewing a building permit for a five-storey, 70 unit apartment building. The building includes a combination of underground and surface parking, and studio, one, two, and three bedroom units.
