The City of Courtenay has received an OCP and Zoning amendment application for a five-storey apartment building. As proposed, the project includes 118 units with a mix of micro to 2 bedrooms.
Comox: Canadian Forces Housing Agency has issued three standing offers for 19 Wing Comox.
The Canadian Forces Housing Agency has issued three standing offers for 19 Wing Comox, including Maintenance, Hazardous Waste Removal, and Landscaping and Snow Removal. A site visit is scheduled for December 10.
Powell River: Blueberry Commons Farm Cooperative is seeking a Builder for 32 units.
Blueberry Commons Farm Cooperative in Powell River is interested in hearing from builders that are capable of handling a cooperative development of approximately 32 units ranging in size from 700 – 1,500 sq ft. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in the spring of 2021.
