Campbell River: Two new townhome projects were approved at last week’s Council meeting
Campbell River Council has approved Development Permits for two new town home projects: a 10 unit complex near in the new Jubilee Heights neighbourhood and a 18 unit complex north of the city near Painters Lodge.
Courtenay: Updates on three projects with 311 potential rental units
The City of Courtenay continues to review multiple residential projects. This week’s issue includes updates on a 118 unit five storey apartment, a 151 unit development, and a 42 unit mixed use four storey building.
