The Comox Valley Regional District has approved a development permit application for a 29 unit commercial tourist development near Saratoga Beach.

Campbell River developer proposing multi-family townhome project

A developer in Campbell River is proposing a new 37 unit multi-family townhome project on Evergreen Road.

Powell River: Grasshopper Developments pursuing 38 acre residential project

Grasshopper Developments is pursuing a 38 acre residential project with both the City of Powell River and qathet Regional District. The project is proposed to include either 225 mixed units or 158 homes.
