Tofino: 84-unit multi-family affordable housing development moving forward.

Tofino Council is supporting a rezoning application for an 84- unit multi-family affordable development. A public hearing will be scheduled once staff review alternatives to in-person hearings.

Powell River: New location for estimated $9 million Emergency Services Facility being reviewed.

Powell River is reviewing a new location for an Emergency Services Facility. The facility is proposed as a two-storey building with assembly areas and up to four drive-through bays at an estimated cost of $9 million.

Campbell River: Five-storey, 79 unit affordable apartment building proceeding to electronic public hearing.

The City of Campbell River is proceeding with an electronic public hearing to rezone a property on the corner of Dogwood and 8th Avenue for a five-storey, 79 unit apartment building.
