This artists drawings shows a proposed, 52-unit affordable seniors housing project in Comox. The project is currently being called Cypress Gardens and the Comox Valley Affordable Housing Society has the opportunity to apply for BC Housing funding.

Comox Valley: New 52 unit three storey affordable apartment building for seniors proposed.

The Comox Valley Affordable Housing Society is proposing to replace their 16 unit senior affordable housing development in Comox with 52 units in a three storey apartment building. CVAHS has the opportunity to apply for BC Housing funding to redevelop the property.

Comox: Mixed residential commercial project approved to proceed to a public hearing.

The Town of Comox is moving forward with approving an application for 42 townhomes and nine small commercial units. The applicant is proposing a new Comprehensive Development zone (CD27) to permit townhouse dwellings and commercial uses limited to neighbourhood-oriented retail and services. A public hearing will be scheduled soon.

Campbell River: City staff reviewing application for 28 bare land strata patio home units

The City of Campbell River is reviewing a new application for the development of 28 bare land strata patio home units. As proposed, the units would be built in 14 duplexes with three different building configurations and would range in size from 1502 to 2365 sq.ft.
