Silverado Land Corp. in Courtenay is planning to build a new subdivision with 56 lots in the Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community.

Port Alberni: Approvals are in place for a $4.6 million, 46 unit, affordable apartment building. 

Port Alberni council approved a development permit for a new 46 unit, four storey apartment building. The province has provided $4.6 million towards construction.
