Courtenay Council has given first and second reading for OCP and Zoning Bylaws for a 137 unit multi-family residential development near the hospital. The project includes townhomes and two apartment buildings.
Port Alberni: Five storey, 102 unit apartment building
A new five storey 102 unit apartment building is being proposed for seniors and people with disabilities in Port Alberni. Construction may begin early next year.
