The City of Courtenay has approved Phase 5 of the Streams off Arden Road. Rideout Construction will be building 38 new strata units.

Courtenay: Approvals are moving forward for 38 strata units.

Approvals are moving forward for 38 strata units in Phase 5 of the Streams on Arden Road in Courtenay. Applications have been submitted for Phase 6 with an additional eight units.

Campbell River: Preliminary approval in place for 32 residential lots.

The 166 acre Jubilee Heights development in Campbell River has preliminary approval for the next phase with 32 residential lots.

Building Statistics: Year to Date – increased by 23% from 2019.

The Year to Date Building Statistics for the Comox Valley to Campbell River will be published online in Around Town Thursday October 29, 2020.
