Comox: Several tenders released for four apartment/condo buildings.
Site preparation is underway for 208 rental and condominium units in four buildings on Aspen Road in Comox. Multiple tenders have been released including commercial glazing, foundation waterproofing, construction cleaning services, timber framing, building signage and landscaping.
Campbell River: Two multi-family buildings proposed for Dogwood Street.
Campbell River is reviewing an application for two 6-storey multi-family buildings with 108 rental units. This is the third phase of Seymour Pacific’s project on Dogwood Street.
Ucluelet: Thirty-three residential lots in Phase 5 of OceanWest in Ucluelet.
Weyerhaeuser is proceeding with Phase 5 of OceanWest with 33 residential lots in Ucluelet. This project includes multiple phases for approximately 200 acres of land.
