The City of Courtenay invites members of the development industry to attend a meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Lower Native Sons Hall.
The agenda will include a review of the Transportation Strategy Plan, a presentation on the Professional Reliance Model and its role in ensuring engineering designs are prepared with appropriate diligence, and an update from staff on how feedback received during the Zoning Bylaw Round Table on April 14 is being addressed.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to meet Jake Belobaba, the new Director of Development Services.
