Defence Construction Canada has issued a request for proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct multi unit residential housing in Comox and Esquimalt.
The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CHFA) is planning to support the delivery of 7,694 new residential housing units across Canada, including 212 units in Comox ($93 to $116 million) and 208 units in Esquimalt ($91 to $116 million).
CFHA has also acquired two alternative housing solutions through leases or acquisitions, including a 37-unit apartment in Esquimalt and a new unoccupied 52‑unit building in Courtenay.
The Design-Build Teams opportunity closes June 30.
